Charging times and time slots in agreements

Each depot operator sets the charging times that apply at their own site.

1.Prerequisites

You are in the Fleet manager area and know the site where you wish to charge.

2.Step by step

    First, open Map in the sidebar and click on the pin for the site.
  2. 2.
    Next, check the information on opening hours and facilities, as this will tell you when you can charge at this site.

3.Note

For each site, the operator determines whether it is open to external fleets around the clock or has fixed opening hours, and can also specify whether overnight charging is permitted. So when you make your request, describe whether you want to charge in between during the day or overnight.
