View charging sessions and charging history
In the charging history, you see each charging session with its energy, duration and costs. Depending on your role, you find it in your fleet or at your site.
1.End a charging session
The driver ends the charging session as they are used to doing at the station or in the vehicle. The session then appears in the charging history with the status Completed; while it is still running, the status shown is In progress.

To view your fleet's charging history, you are in the Fleet manager area and have already created a fleet.
3.Step by step
- 1.In the sidebar, open Fleets & charging cards and click on the desired fleet.

- 5.You can also further narrow down the list using Filter.

For your site's charging history, you are in the Depot operator area and have already created a site.
5.Step by step
- 1.In the sidebar, open Sites and click on the site you want.
- 2.Switch to the Charging sessions tab.
You can also view each charging session more clearly by site and fleet in the Reports tab.
- 3.If necessary, adjust the time period using the date field.
- 4.Use Filter to narrow down the list further, and use the Search charging sessions search field to quickly find individual sessions.
- 5.You can view the precise details of each charging session by clicking on it.
There, you will see all the relevant information.
6.Result
You see all charging sessions in the selected period. Regular charging sessions are automatically recorded as billable, so you do not need to set the billing relevance yourself.
7.Note
The CDR ID is the number of the individual charging session. In the Billing relevance column, you see whether a charging session is billed.
If it says Reporting only, the session is only reported and not billed, for example when a fleet charges at its own depot.
If a charging station was offline, its charging sessions appear in the portal with a delay, because they are only delivered once the connection is restored. If a session is still missing after that, the article Clarify missing charging sessions helps you further.
