Add an agreement
With an agreement offer, you specify which fleets are permitted to charge at your sites and at what tariff.
1.Prerequisites
Create a site and a tariff beforehand, because without both the offer cannot be saved.
2.Step by step
- 1.First, open Agreements in the sidebar and switch to the Agreement offers tab.
- 2.Click Add agreement in the top-right corner to open a window on the right, which will guide you through the entries in three steps.
- 3.Under Name, enter a name that will make it easy for you to recognise the offer later.
Since fleets recognise community offers only by the name, it is worth mentioning the community there, for example "BGL internal agreement".
- 4.Under Fleet partner, specify who can use the offer.
- All fleets makes the offer available to all current and future fleet organisations, so that new fleets will also see it automatically.
This option is suitable if you want your site to be open to every fleet on the platform.
- Selected fleets limits the offer to only those fleet organisations that you select yourself, and is suitable for individual terms, for example for a fixed partner with their own price.
- Community fleets directs the offer to all fleets in the BGL Charge community and is suitable if you wish to offer other BGL members a community tariff, that is, a lower price than for fleets outside the community.
- 5.Next, under Acceptance mode, specify how fleets can accept the offer.
- Immediate acceptance allows any authorised fleet to accept the offer itself and start charging immediately, without you having to approve anything.
- Approve requests allows fleets to request access, so that you can review each request and either approve or reject it.
You will then find open requests in the Requested agreements tab.
- 6.Then click Continue.
- 7.In the Tariff assignment step, under Default tariff, select the tariff that should apply at all your sites.
- 8.If you wish to offer a different price at a specific site, go to Individual site tariffs, activate the switch for the site, and select the Site tariff.
This applies to all connectors at the site and replaces the default tariff there.
- 9.Click Continue again.
- 10.In the Review step, please check the name, fleet partner, acceptance mode, and the selected tariffs one more time.
You do not need to change the CDR billing relevance, because regular charging sessions are automatically recorded as billable, where a CDR is the data record for a charging session.
- 11.Finally, click Publish.
If you still wish to make a correction, go back one step by clicking Back, or save the current version with Save draft and continue later.
3.Result
The offer appears in the Agreement offers tab, and as soon as a fleet accepts it, it becomes an active agreement in the Active agreements tab.
4.Note
You can edit or withdraw agreement offers at any time, whereas active agreements can only be terminated.
5.Community tariffs for BGL members
As a BGL member, you are part of the BGL Charge community. To enable you to offer other members better terms, create your own tariff with the community price and publish an agreement offer for it with the fleet partner Community fleets.
For all other fleets, you can simultaneously offer a second agreement offer with All fleets and your regular tariff. In addition, you can agree a bilateral price with individual partners via Selected fleets.
The tariff you have set for the respective agreement always applies, allowing you to differentiate between BGL Charge members and regular Depotcharge users.
