Delete an agreement or offer
You can withdraw or delete an agreement offer, whereas you have to terminate an active agreement.
1.Prerequisites
You have the Admin role, and there is already an agreement offer or an active agreement in place.
2.Step by step
Withdraw an agreement offer
- 1.First, open Agreements in the sidebar and switch to the Agreement offers tab, where you can find a specific offer using Search agreement.
- 2.Next, in the row for the agreement offer, in the Actions column, click Withdraw.
Terminate an active agreement
- 1.First, open Agreements in the sidebar, where the Active agreements tab shows your ongoing agreements.
- 2.Then open the agreement you want to end.
- 3.Click Terminate agreement in the bottom right, or leave the window via Close if you do not want to terminate after all.
3.Result
An agreement offer that has been withdrawn has the status Withdrawn and is no longer visible to fleets that have not yet accepted it. Termination takes effect 7 days after notification.
After that, the fleet may request the agreement again.
4.Note
You can edit or withdraw agreement offers at any time, whereas active agreements can only be terminated, at any time and by either party.
In the offer list, there is a bin icon next to Withdraw, and the difference is important. When you withdraw an offer, it remains in place but is no longer visible to new fleets, whereas the bin deletes it altogether.
Existing agreements from a withdrawn offer remain active.
