How can I agree bilateral prices?

You agree bilateral prices, which apply only between you and specific fleets, entirely on your own in the portal, without needing support for it.

To do this, open Agreements in the sidebar, click Add agreement and select one of the following options under Fleet partners.

• All fleets applies to every fleet on BGL Charge.
• Selected fleets applies only to fleets that you select yourself and is therefore usually the right choice for bilateral prices.
• Community fleets applies to all fleets in the BGL Charge community and is suitable for a community tariff, which allows you to offer all BGL members a lower price.

Then select the Acceptance mode and the tariff, where you can also set a separate site tariff, provided you have created it beforehand.

Since fleets can identify community offers only by the name of the agreement, it is best to include the community in the name, for example "BGL internal agreement". The tariff that applies is always the one you set for the respective agreement.

Other fleets do not see the offer, because only you and the selected fleets see the agreement and its details.
